Refuelling
Return vehicle with same fuel level as was rented to aviod refuelling charges. A $10.00 charge will apply, plus the cost of fuel will be applied if fuel is not returned at same level.

Airport & Hotel Pick Up
The airport & hotel Pick up & Drop off services are provided to and from the airport or hotel during normal business hours, and are free. Please contact office with arrival arrangements.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE POLICY
We provide free airport pickup and dropoffs to and from Pearson International Airport during regular business hours.

Our regular business hours are:

Monday - Friday 8:00AM-6:00PM
Saturday: 9:00AM - 12:00PM

If you are arriving after hours please let our rental staff know at time of reservation. For a nominal fee ($15.00-$25.00) we will arrange to have you picked up from the airport to our rental location.

Return Customers: Please note, that the rental vehicle can be dropped to you at the airport directly, at the discretion of the rental agency. If you have rented from us before we will gladly drop the rental vehicle to the airport for you at no additional charge.

Driver Licences and Requirements
Valid Ontario class "G" licence and International licences accepted. We will also accept another province/state licence

Unlimited Mileages
Unlimited mlieages are applied within Ontario only, and only on specified contracts. Unlimited mileage only applies to vehicles in Ontario. If travelling outside of Ontario, rental only allowed 200km daily. $0.20 per kilometre if over. Travel to United States not permitted unless authorized by agency.

Age Requirements
Minimum Age: 23
Age 23 to 24 - $10 Surcharge applies.
Surcharge applies and collision coverage of $23.99 per day with ($1000 deductible) is mandatory.

Additional Drivers
2 additional drivers permitted an additional chargeof $ 4.99 applies per day(per additional driver)
Minimum Age for Additional Drivers: 23
Driver 23 to 24 are subject to underage drive fee.

This coverage enables renters have thier liability reduced from third party liability related incidents. Some credit card providers allow you to rent vehicles and will cover damages to the rental vehicle. However, they do not cover liability to the rental vehicle, or other parties. This coverage reduces your liability to third party related incidents not covered by your credit card providers.

Cancelation Policy
There will be $55.00 No Show up charge and reservation cancellation charge will be applied, If you cancel your reservation in less than 24 hours from the pick up time.
